BANKING AWARENESS AND PUBLIC PROTECTION
Based on the instructions of the Central Bank of Iraq and in order to enhance confidence between our bank and the public, and to spread banking awareness between clients and employees and educate the public to reach financial stability.
Therefore, we open banking awareness and public protection department.
Duties of banking awareness and public protection department:
1- Receiving customer complaints about any violation according to a form prepared for this purpose.
2- The department shall revert with an answer to the client within period don’t exceed 15 days starting from complaints date, and inform the client with investigation result within 5 days of complaints investigation start.
3- Our bank is committed with utmost confidentiality and keel all clients’ information as top secret.
4- Our bank is responsible for protecting and monitoring your savings and deposits and dealing with your needs in professional way through establishing high quality and efficient control systems.
5- Banking awareness department will respond to your inquiries regarding banking services and any information on prices and interest rates.
